As a software tester, you will collaborate with our UX designers and developers to create innovative user interfaces for clients across various industries. You will be responsible for both new developments and the further refinement of existing applications in an agile environment. You will independently plan and manage quality assurance and take responsibility for the quality and functionality of the software we develop.

Typical tasks are:
  • Developing test strategies and methods in close collaboration with the rest of the team

  • Defining and implementing meaningful software tests

  • Implementing automated testing methods

  • Checking the software for vulnerabilities, risks, and, in particular, hidden bugs

  • Documenting, evaluating, and communicating test results

Your skills

  • A degree in computer science, completion of an IT specialist apprenticeship, or a comparable qualification.

  • Initial practical experience in software testing and quality assurance, particularly with modern web applications, such as single-page applications.

  • Solid knowledge of testing methodologies and software development in general.

  • Knowledge of test automation tools, such as Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools, is a plus.

  • Experience in API testing and testing native mobile apps is desirable.

  • Desirable: ISTQB certification.

  • Interest in understanding our clients’ business workflows and processes and deriving robust test scenarios from them.

  • Experience with AI-based workflows in testing is a plus, for example, for the efficient generation of test cases, to support test design, or in the creation of automated tests.

  • High sense of quality and responsibility.

  • An eye for aesthetics, design, and faithful implementation.

  • You are fluent in German and English.
