B2B meets B2C – Learning from each other to optimize customer experiences

The second Digital Experience Conference was a resounding success, sparking excitement for the next edition in 2025!

On November 20, 2024, it was once again time: the DXC – Digital Experience Conference – opened its doors for the second time in Saarbrücken. The event brought together professionals from digital customer experience, industry, and marketing to discuss the future of digital solutions. The conference featured a diverse program of talks, panels, and networking opportunities, blurring the lines between B2B and B2C while emphasizing the importance of Digital Experience Platforms (DXPs). Best of all, this year’s DXC took a significant step forward with two parallel tracks.

Two tracks, one mission: rethinking digital experiences

New this year was the introduction of a second track focused specifically on the challenges and opportunities in the industry context. Alongside customer experience, this track also spotlighted the transformation of processes and products. This expanded focus resonated strongly with attendees from across Germany. From Hamburg to Berlin to the Fichtelgebirge, participants gathered with a common goal: to actively shape the future of digital experiences.

Program highlights: sharing knowledge and growing together

The day began with an inspiring welcome from Oliver Kulpi, Managing Director of Ergosign, followed by a keynote from Tobias Raab, Saarbrücken’s City Councilor for Economic Affairs, Social Services, and Digitalization. The packed agenda featured a wealth of topics, including:

Markus Kühner, Managing Director of Ergosign, presented “The State of DXP”, discussing trends, challenges, and solutions in the world of Digital Experience Platforms.

Tobias Zapp (Ergosign) explored the potential of Industry Cloud Platforms for B2B digitalization.

Martin Hetzel (Schrempp edv GmbH) and Sophia Antonin (Ergosign) shared practical strategies for integrating AI into existing ERP systems in their talk “Legacy Software Meets AI.”

Participants had the choice of diving into customer experience (CX) topics or attending the industry panels.

The event was enriched by Bianka Alt’s (Ergosign) sketches, which captured key insights visually, and Anna Böni’s (Ergosign) engaging moderation ensured the day flowed smoothly. Networking opportunities were plentiful, with participants connecting over finger food and refreshments provided by catering partner GLOBUS Markthallen and coffee from Black Hen Products GmbH.

A special thanks to our sponsors, especially Storyblok, a leading headless CMS provider, for their continued support.

Save the Date: Planning for DXC25 is already underway, and we promise an event that will once again exceed expectations. See you in 2025!
