If initial ideas need to be tested quickly and practically, the AI Hackathon — with prepared tools, frameworks, and close teamwork — offers the right format.
The goal: test concrete approaches, develop prototypes, and achieve usable results within a very short time. In this way, we establish a solid and reliable basis for further (directional) decisions and investments.
AI Exploration Sprint (1–2 weeks, remote at Ergosign)
In the AI Exploration Sprint, our team deep-dives into prioritized ideas and checks their feasibility using functional prototypes and your data — without additional effort for your employees.
The focus here is on technical validation, a realistic assessment of effort and benefit, and the planning of concrete next steps.
